Good location - view for the city and KL Tower
Spacious room
Well equipped - especially the washing machine with the drying function
Parking space available for free
Bugs everywhere! Small, medium, large. Even in the kettle.
Smelly bathroom
IMPORTANT: the overall score of this place reviews is probably higher than it should be. The staff has a rule - they tell you that the check-out time is 12, while the document says it is 11. However, they inform guests that if they check out between 11 and 12, they can avoid paying a fine if only they give their own phone to the staff for the purpose of leaving a 10/10 review. I am sure that many of the 10/10 reviews here were created like that. In my opinion this is unfair and thus i am reducing my score from 8 down to 7 for such a bad practice.

Very modern & spacious apartments
Beds were great
Bathroom facilities also good as long as you remember to switch on hot water
Very poor service from staff
Staff send what’s app messages without physically explaining basics - line hot water switch
We were given a room that had not been prepared from last guests.
Kitchen had baby cockroaches that need to be attended to.
You need to confirm by text that you require room even after booking confirmation
Strictly no late checkout
Strict 200 ringgit per hour penalty for after 12 check out
You need to carry your own luggage up to the rooms & back down.
You can only pay using cash
Cards are not accepted
