Spacious. Stunning views.
Checkin was laborious. They took a 200 ringgits deposit, which I hadn't expected.

Location was great! Apartment was very comfortable with extra large beds and great facilities. Featuring a gym & swimming pools. The view was amazing with the Towers in the background....which made the experience very Special.
The staff are very accomadating and are on call through whats app if you have any questions.
There is nothing to not like, everything is carefully laid out to make your stay pleasant and welcoming.

The apartment was as described: well equipped, on a high floor and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed access to the residential tower’s excellent facilities, including level 88, which offered amazing views of the Petronas Towers and the city, along with a smaller second pool and a restaurant. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The master bedroom’s air conditioner urgently needs replacing. It was so noisy that we used the ceiling fan instead. The second bedroom was very dark, with its window facing a shaft and offering no view, although the room and bed were otherwise fine. The floor-to-ceiling windows also offered little privacy from the opposite tower unless the blackout curtains were closed.
All communication before arrival and during check-in took place via WhatsApp with an unnamed contact, which felt a little impersonal. Once we messaged our arrival, a representative met us in the lobby to hand over the keys and collect payment. This worked smoothly, although the arrangement felt a little unconventional.

The property was big and clean.
I did not like the inconvenience meeting the person in charge of the keys, the waiting time to get the keys, and also the fact that it was not transparent on Booking.com that this was an apartment with none of the amenities and comforts of a hotel. The air condition was also very noisy and the duvet was not comfortable.
