Extremely disappointing, won’t be booking anything from these accommodation managers again.

Very poor experience. Arrived into find out our accommodation had been double booked. We were moved to outside of the CBD which caused issues for us. The new accommodation had furniture that was falling apart and clearly VERY second, possibly third hand. Property manager then ignored our messages for the weekend.

I made booking to stay at this property for 7 days we chose this place out of many other property because they have onsite parking that would cost us $8/day. However upon arrival we couldnt find any parking as said so we called the property contact number provided in our booking itinerary. Property confirm there were no onsite parking we have to find other parking area near by, I was so disapponted and it would be so inconvenience without onsite parking due to our belonging and high daily fee, anyway further more the checkin method is that we have to pick up key from another property to check ourself in but another mislead point is that we need to transferred $300 damage deposit to their account unstead of cash as mentioned in our booking confirmation or we cant check in. I got mad because in our booking it said to pay damage deposit in cash at checkin but the property require transfer no cash and about parking that wasn't as confirm. After 3-4 hours of trying to checkin we got turn off and gave up, I requested for refund, contacting booking.com is unbelievably difficulty and after spoken to 6 different person and lies after lies after promiss to push for refund nothing got resolved The property are not supportive and couldn't careless not to mention they are very hard to contact. We were left on street untill 2 am from 6pm, we have to source out motel for a night and got ourself airbnb accommodation
Booking .com keep on saying they will find us an alternative accommodation and will get us refund but that was a lied. The very next day i call up booking.com again to speak to the manager name Jeffery he promise that i will get full refund and compensation he gave me reference number so I though finally it got resolve, I waited for couple of days no email or anything from the manager and as today they're not refunding my money that they scam off me. Turn out that thousands of Australian has files complain against booking.
