Dirty property, but convenient location
Where to start lol. I generally don’t write reviews, but I felt this one was required given price point.
Cleanliness - Terrible honestly. Floors were dirty and appeared to not have been mopped like ever. Dust mites all over and around the tv. Dirty walks with marks all over. Best to note the the dishwasher absolutely stinks and leaves residue on the dishes.
Showers are old, with silicone peeling off due to mold. Shower floor is covered in grime and probably never been scrubbed.
Bedding & linen. Nothing special, think of Kmarts cheapest items and that’s what is provided. Towels smell so bad, had to get my own. Beds are sunken in from people sleeping on one side, so consider your back.
Amenities - 50m lap pool with a 1.2m depth so nothing much. Spa is broken and has been for sometime. Do not get in the water as it’s smells moldy. Seating area within the pool is caved in with significant structural demand like an earthquake. Sauna is a steam operated, bug smells like a swamp and is very hot.
Good to mention that only one key is used for the property so if you have a group best to coordinate your outings accordingly.
Overall this place was somewhere to sleep for the night and convince within the city location. The view from the balcony is open and allows for easy gazing of city lights.
Finally if you’re looking to spend your money with expectations of a nice place you can relax I would not recommend this place.

Not so elegant an apartment as the pictures show
Good location to get around the city
Apartment had not been serviced on arrival-dirty ++ from previous occupants
Contacted owner/ 3 hrs later cleaners arrived.
Both toilet seats broken
Downlights in hallway broken, bedroom downlight flashing - my husband had to remove
Dishwasher broken - we washed dishes for 6 people all weekend
Carpets stained
Food smeared on couch cushions
Verandah dirty
Insufficient glasses for 6 adults (3 double bedrooms) no wine glasses
At $750 a night / our 3 day Melbourne weekend accommodation wasn’t quite what we envisaged! Disappointing!
Beds comfortable
Owner acknowledged all the issues, kept saying no one told him / apologies a plenty & sent someone to fix toilet seats - new seats not secured properly and loose again!
