It was lovely and very convenient stay for our first time visiting Melbourne, the facilities were all easily accessible, the property has beautiful views especially Melbourne's night life and walking distance to sealife, ubers are fast at picking up and there are many restaurants around the complex. The property was comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating and lovely.
The only issues were parking and something i will definitely pre arrange on my next stay here and the spa was out of order during the time of our stay, something I was looking forward to escaping to in the evenings.

The apartment was clean and tidy.
These are only little practical thing’s:
Another tea towel would be good.
The kitchen bin not in good spot, was in the way , had to move so it wasn’t a hazard when going to bathroom during the night.
No mirrors/full length in bedrooms
The pillows were a bit too soft for our liking.
The tv cabinet too long , blocking a quarter of the entry to first bedroom. Had to take extra care during the night when going to bathroom not walk into it.
Amenities in building:
The gym lacked weights.
The sauna/ steam room looked like it needed a good clean.
The only disappointing thing , I think guests need to know, is to be careful when walking through rose lane. I got spat on from someone above .

Key collection was simple. Great room, great view, comfortable, clean ,
Perfect for what we wanted
We couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work… or how to fold out the sofa bed.

Great location. The apartment design was beautiful. Pool and gym in the building was fantastic! Definitely recommend.
