Good location! Rooms are decent! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pool is extremely small and not well maintained. They tried to scam me into paying a surcharge of 4% which is not legal in vietnam. I also feel room amenities could be better.

We had an amazing staff. Staff are lovely and even made us a care package for our next destination. Would highly recommend!

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. the room itself was clean, beautifully designed, and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. The information provided was also easy to understand, as it included explanations in Japanese.
The showerhead holder in the bathroom was loose and wobbly.
The restroom door was not properly aligned, making it difficult to close.

The hotel itself was very nice.
We just had constant issues with our time there. Incorrect treatments, they forced us to take a car to the airport which they provided us with that we had to wait 45 minutes for instead of the 5 we would’ve had to have waited for a grab. As such we got to the airport 2 hours before our flight and due to delays in security (hotel staff recommended us three hours before departure due to this being common), we weren’t able to eat and therefore didn’t get dinner all night
