Breakfast was great. The staff were attentive and polite. We got a complimentary room upgrade and a foot massage.
There are no toilets on the 10th floor at the Sky Bar, just one staff toilet on the 9th floor. If that's occupied you have to go down to reception or to your room.

This is a great Boutique Hotel just outside the Old Town and French Quarter. The staff were so friendly and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast is very good and the roof top bar a great place to chill after a long day sightseeing. Close in Grabs to loads to restaurants and you can walk if you prefer. Especially mention to Ruby, who was terrific

The hotel was old style glamorous charm. The staff were exceptional with how welcoming and attentive. James could not do enough for us.
Little mix up in communication around our restaurant booking. Location is a little way from the main old quarter hub. But exceptional service was truly fantastic
