Welcome to Apartment 9 in the Bellevue B building!
Enjoy the unique beachfront location, the ocean view from the terrace, and the proximity to the pier plaza with all its amenities!
This brightly furnished ground-floor apartment, which sleeps up to 3 people, welcomes you into a small entryway leading to the bathroom and the separate bedroom.
The bedroom, featuring a skylight that opens, is furnished with two single beds for restful nights.
The small, functional bathroom is equipped with a shower and also features a tilting skylight.
The combined living/dining/kitchen area features a very well-equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, combination oven/microwave, and dishwasher, making it ideal for self-catering. A large flat-screen TV and a radio are available for your entertainment.
Enjoy your home-cooked meals, cozy game nights, or good conversations at the large dining table with a magnificent view of the dunes, the pier, and the sea. Watch the hustle and bustle and listen to the sound of the waves.
The covered and furnished patio lets you enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon. If it gets too sunny, an awning will keep you protected. From here, it’s just a stone’s throw to the fine sandy beach behind the newly landscaped dunes. A well-maintained lawn separates your terrace from the new promenade, which features wooden walkways through the dunes and swivel lounge chairs on the viewing platforms.
You can park your car right in front of the building in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

The three-story apartment buildings A, B, and C are located side by side directly on Großenbrode’s new promenade—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach and the lively pier forecourt. Here you’ll find approximately 33-square-meter, lovingly furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people. Enjoy your time on the sun-drenched south-facing balconies and terraces in the front row, where you can taste, see, and hear the sea. The promenade, newly built in 2020, lies right at your feet and offers a varied view of beach life.
You can easily reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, event venues, beach chair rentals, and, of course, the fine-sand swimming beach in just a few meters along the promenade.
Parking spaces assigned to the apartments right in front of the building save you the trouble of looking for a place to park. Bike racks are available next to the buildings for your bicycles. In Building B, a shared laundry and drying room is available for a fee.
