Location great. Son and family live near Brackley. Reception person excellent and helpful. Car parking excellent. Did not eat in hotel but menu and food looked good
TV did not work second night -too much buffering. Need a rubber shower mat and a hand grab. 80 year olds need support getting in and out of showere! Another chair in room would be nice.

We liked the spacious room and the facilities at Belvilla Brackley. The breakfasts we had was lovely. The best part was the staff, reception and waiting staff. They were so helpful and friendly. Plenty of free parking space. It was nice to have a look around the shops , pubs and cafés near by.
The shower door didn't close properly. The decor in the hotel needs a bit more done to it to brighten up the place in keeping with beautiful building outside.
The pillow I had was too high, a lower option would be great. The reception staff helped out once again in providing for me.

Close to Silverstone, maybe 15 mins. Free parking, very quiet location. There was a football club at the end of the road and yes you could hear the chants but at the end of the match, everyone left quietly. Really nice Indian restaurant around the corner (saffron). Bed was nice and comfortable. The price was great.
Not really a "didn't like" but the general condition of the hotel was reminiscent of faulty towers, a bit dated and needing redecorating and a few repairs here and there. I will say that on the day we checked out there were maintenance noises, drills hammers etc so it was possible that they were already on the refurb. Something worth noting was I didn't see a lift to the upper floors and there were 3 steps to get into the building so it wasn't obviously set up for disabled access.
