What a great find. Great location just off the ring road, walking distance to Summertown. Modern comfortable room, spotlessly clean. No fuss, just everything you need. And a really great breakfast. Will definitely be staying again.

Hotel was easy to find and get to, the breakfast was good and had different options. The bed was very comfortable, the room was a good size and had a good choice of in room tea and coffee.
The room interiors need some TLC and updating, as the window need cleaning on the outside, windowsills outside need some redoing, and a couple of window seal needs replacing. Bathroom needs a bit of fixing with a few cracked tiles, some new grouting and sealant replaced around where the shower glass attaches.
