The location was handy and close to local amenities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Comfy bed, good sized towels, nice pet bed, bowls and treats, thank you.
Decor was a little tired in places. Had to fight with the shower curtain in the bath which was determined to stick to me. The room was cold when I arrived and there were no instructions available to work the radiators. Could do with a welcome pack letting you know what time the main doors are closed for the night and how to get in after that time. The car park was woefully inadequate made worse by some equally woefully inadequate parking by other guests. As a female travelling alone its not ideal having to drive to a public car park and walk back in the dark.

The Staff were super friendly and helpful. All the communal areas were clean, stylish and well-maintained. The bedroom was like new, very thoughtful, with dog bowls, a dog bed and even dog treats. The microwave was handy too. Lovely toiletries.
Nothing major, but since it was an overhead shower, they should consider providing a shower cap.

lovely room, comfy beds, good food, friendly helpful staff
disappointed to find that there was only an accessibility lift, which meant only one person at a time could use it.
