One of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in.
Exceptional room and kitchen in a great location.
A great place, and I will be back if I am in the area again.
OVERALL. A very good experience despite the issues detailed below. Thank You.
''Tregib Mill, Bethlehem Road, Llandeilo'' is the address I booked under, and this caused problems.
The property address should be listed as ''Melin Tregib, Bethlehem Road, Ffairfach, Llandeilo''.
PLEASE advise visitors to come in from the FFAIRFACH end of Bethlehem Road.
I followed Google Maps from Llandovery onto Bethlehem Road, and that caused delays and hard driving.
I was OK but many people do not like driving on narrow road, especially as it was getting dark.

Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked. Easy to get access and check in. Good value for money. Room was a good size. Owner was friendly!
Shower needed a de mould. Doors were very creaky and kept us up in the night. Pipes were creaky when others used the taps but not much can be done with this so we weren't that fussed.

We didn't have the breakfast, but there was plenty to choose from. Stayed there with a friend for a night over after a fundraiser event. Was a place to get ready and sleep for one night and it did the job. Shower was amazing!
Was a little cold but expected with an older big farm like house.
