The room I stayed in was large, clean, temperate, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The dining area was cozy and stocked with delicious breakfast items. I even got a handcrafted vegan latte. The location was walking distance from all of the things I wanted to see and do while in Florence and felt safe. The only drawback is that it’s not accessible. Lots of stairs and no elevator.

Great location!
Very peaceful and quiet. A short walk to the old city center.
Brand new bathrooms, beds and rooms.
Giacomo was very helpful, accommodating and friendly.
Andrea’s pastries were very fresh and tasty.
Highly recommend staying here!

L’accueil de Giacomo et sa disponibilité.
Petit dej super.
