Our room was quite big and pretty. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The property is close to downtown Florence. Florence is a very walkable city, but also had access to taxis if needed. A great place to stay in a historic spot.
There was nothing to not like about the property if you needed something and asked, they worked to provide it for you

Great location a 15 minute walk to the city center & crowds. The staff were very accommodating & helpful. Beautiful historic property that’s like an oasis. Lots of local restaurants & markets in the area. Great breakfast too.
Can’t think of a thing. They arranged early morning taxi to the airport too.
