This elegant semi-detached home combines modern design with the distinctive charm of East Frisia. Located right on the Greetsiel canals, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the water. A private boat dock right next to the house and an outdoor sauna in the sheltered garden make your stay especially comfortable. The heart of the home is the light-filled living and dining area with an open, high-end kitchen and generous windows. Two stylishly designed bathrooms with walk-in showers—one on the first floor and one on the upper floor—offer additional comfort. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms: one room is furnished with a double bed, while the second features a double bed and a single bed, making it ideal for families. A desk provides space for productive work or relaxing moments spent reading. The fenced-in garden with a patio is perfect for families. The property is rounded out by a lockable bike storage room, a parking space, and an optional charging station for electric vehicles. Here you can enjoy a wonderful combination of tranquility, nature, and modern living comfort—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
