The elegant vacation home “Grachtenliebe 1” in Greetsiel combines modern comforts with a stunning waterfront location. This newly built semi-detached home impresses with its classic architecture and its immediate proximity to the picturesque canals. A special highlight for those seeking relaxation is the private outdoor sauna with a magnificent view of the water—the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the moment. The private boat dock right outside the door further enhances the unique maritime ambiance of this vacation home. The spacious, open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the home. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy bay window offer a wonderful view of the idyllic East Frisian landscape and create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds—one of which also features a single bed—as well as two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers provide ample space for families or guests with discerning tastes. The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired: a fenced-in garden with a covered patio invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. A separate bike storage room and a private parking space next to the house provide additional convenience during your stay.
