In addition, the private boat dock right next to the house underscores the maritime charm of this special retreat. The spacious, open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the home. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy bay window, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the idyllic East Frisian landscape. With two bedrooms featuring comfortable double beds (one with an additional single bed) and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, the property offers ideal accommodations for families and discerning travelers. The outdoor area perfectly rounds out the experience: a fenced-in garden with a covered patio invites you to linger, while a bicycle storage room and a private parking space provide additional convenience.
