The semi-detached house in the vacation village, 56B—with a south-facing terrace—offers 63 square meters of comfortable vacation living. The cozy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, armchair, wood-burning stove, TV, radio, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, a shower room, and a guest restroom ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the south-facing terrace, which is furnished seasonally. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed, a closet, and seating, as well as a natural-light shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m by 2.00 m), a closet, a second TV, and seating. There is also an adjacent separate sleeping area with a double bed, which serves as a third bedroom. This non-smoking house can accommodate up to 4 guests. One parking space is available free of charge at the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to e-bike and pedelec batteries (under supervision).
