The cozy living and dining area is furnished with a large corner sofa, a wood-burning stove, a TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. There are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The built-in kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the south-facing terrace, which is furnished seasonally. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed, and a closet. There is also a modernized shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a second TV. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a handcart. This non-smoking house accommodates up to 5 people. One free parking space is available at the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available in public areas nearby. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to batteries for e-bikes & pedelecs (under supervision).
