Vacation home No. 54b in the vacation village can accommodate up to 4 people.
This vacation home features three comfortable rooms spread over two levels. Spanning approximately 54 m², it features a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a guest restroom. The terrace faces south. The beach is approximately 350 meters away.
Vacation Home No. 54b in the vacation village is modern and attractively furnished. The light-filled living room is located on the first floor. Flat-screen TVs provide evening entertainment. The highlight of the vacation home is the fireplace. On the south-facing terrace, you can relax after a long day at the beach.
Accommodations include a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) in the upstairs bedroom and two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) in the downstairs bedroom. A sturdy crib and a high chair for the little ones are also provided.
A washing machine is available in the ground-floor bathroom, so nothing should stand in the way of a longer stay. There is a guest restroom on the upper floor of the vacation home.
The comfortable kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, and oven, is integrated into the living area. The dining area for 4 people is located right next to the kitchenette.
Flooring: laminate and tile. Curtains are provided for blackout. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available. Pets are allowed in this property.
The “Urlauberdorf” vacation complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Children are very welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.
Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Spacious lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.
Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.

Insgesamt schöne Unterkunft mit einigen kleinen Mängeln, die aber durch den im Vergleich wirklich günstigen Preis aufgewogen wurden.
Gemütlicher und freundlicher Wohn-/Essbereich und ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Echtholzmöbeln. Die beiden Bäder funktional, oberes Bad durch die Dachschrägen ziemlich eng, mit dem Charme der 90er, aber alles sauber und im guten Zustand. An Haushaltsgeräten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Küchenarbeitsfläche ist natürlich sehr eng für Vielkocher.
Kritikpunkt wäre die Terrasse. Wirkt ungepflegt und es gibt im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Nachbarhäusern keine Abpflanzungen als Sichtschutz. Einfache Plastikstühle, einen Sonnenschirm konnten wir nicht entdecken. Uns war es egal, da wir über Ostern da waren und die Terrasse ohnehin nicht nutzen wollten. Für Sommerurlauber sicherlich suboptimal.
Schöne ruhige Lage am Rand des Feriendorfs und zum Meer ist es nicht weit - je nach Kondition 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Durch die Anlage in Reihenhausform hat man gefühlt doch mehr Privatsphäre als in den leider auch in Boltenhagen häufigen Appartementburgen.
Etwas lästig war, dass kein Feuerholz für den Kaminofen da war (nach unseren Erfahrungen stellen die Vermieter in der Regel zumindest für einige Tage Brennmaterial bereit). Auch keine Seife in den Bädern, kein Spülmittel etc.. Alles kein großes Problem aber natürlich lästig.
Unter dem Strich gibt es von uns eine gute Bewertung, da das Haus (zumindest für Ostern) ein wirklich sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat. Natürlich kann man auch eine Luxuswohnung für den doppelten Preis mieten.

Toll sind sie, diese kleinen Häuschen! Dieses hier urgemütlich eingerichtet, super bequemes Sofa, in der Küche soweit alles da, was man benötigt. Toll ist auch der Kamin. Insbesondere wenn man mit Baby reist, vom Wickeltisch, über Babybett und Hochstuhl, alles ist vorhanden. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schönes gemütlichesHäuschen! Wir waren mit unseren Zwillingen da und es gab problemlos 2 Hochstühle und Kinderbetten - toll!!! Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem gesamten Nordic-Team bei Nachfragen.
