This charming, 62 m² Scandinavian-style vacation home is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. With two comfortable bedrooms and a cozy alcove, it can accommodate 4–6 people. Two dogs are also welcome.
The house is modern and lovingly furnished. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating a bright, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere.
The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the house. The cozy sofa corner invites you to relax, while the large dining table is perfect for eating together, playing games, or planning the next day of your vacation. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, while the on-site sauna invites you to relax after a walk along the Baltic Sea or a refreshing swim in the ocean.
The vacation home features two cozy bedrooms: one is furnished with a comfortable double bed, and the second with two single beds—ideal for children, friends, or adults traveling together. The alcove, which is especially popular with children, offers an additional double bed.
The bathroom features underfloor heating as well as a washer with a dryer function, providing added comfort.
From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered, furnished terrace with a garden table, chairs, and two sun loungers. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air, have a relaxing breakfast, or wind down the day with a cozy barbecue or wine evening

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.
At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.
Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.
Each vacation home has a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.
There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amidst the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.
