Welcome to Vacation Home 13 at the Holiday Vital Resort in Großenbrode! Spanning 79 m², this bright, cozy Scandinavian-style vacation home awaits you—ideal for families, friends, and a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation for up to 8 people. Of course, your dog is also welcome to join you on vacation here.

A special highlight is the wonderful sun terrace and the house’s sunny location., Whether it’s a leisurely breakfast in the fresh Baltic Sea air, a break on a lounge chair, or a cozy summer evening with the whole family—here, you can wonderfully enjoy your vacation time outdoors. The terrace is partially covered and furnished with a garden table and chairs; two lounge chairs are also available.

Plenty of space to enjoy together

The heart of the vacation home is the spacious, open-concept living and dining area. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and create a welcoming atmosphere. The cozy sofa area invites you to relax—and you can also enjoy a movie night together on the large TV.

On cooler days, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a real vacation feeling. For additional entertainment, satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio are available.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals while on vacation: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals and long, convivial evenings.

Three bedrooms, a cozy alcove, and space for up to 8 people

The sleeping arrangements are spread across three bedrooms and a cozy alcove. Two bedrooms have double beds, and another has two single beds. The alcove features an additional double bed—a sleeping spot that’s especially popular with children and teenagers.

Two bathrooms, new shower stalls, and a private sauna

The vacation home has two bathrooms with showers, toilets, and heated floors. Both bathrooms will be equipped with new shower stalls by the end of August 26. From the larger bathroom, you have direct access to the private sauna—perfect for simply unwinding and relaxing after a long walk on the beach or on cooler days by the Baltic Sea.

A washer with a dryer function is also available, making the vacation home particularly comfortable even for a longer stay.

Baltic Sea Vacation in Großenbrode – Beach, relaxation, and family time

The Holiday Vital Resort in Großenbrode combines the tranquility of a private vacation home with convenient proximity: the Baltic Sea beach and the ocean are only about 800 meters away. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.

Whether it’s a family vacation with children, a trip with friends, a vacation with your dog, or a relaxing getaway for two: Vacation Home 13 is a cozy temporary home—with plenty of space, a sauna, a fireplace, and a wonderful sun terrace in a sunny spot.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
