About this house rental
This modern and comfortably furnished 62-square-meter house features two bedrooms and a cozy alcove with double beds—ideal for 4–6 people and two dogs. Large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to relax and enjoy your stay. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi.
A wood-burning stove and the in-house sauna provide cozy warmth, especially on cooler days. The bathroom features underfloor heating and a washer with a drying function. The furnished, partially covered terrace with two sun loungers offers the perfect spot for relaxing summer evenings.

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.
At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.
Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.
Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.
There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.
For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space—with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m²—for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend.
