About this house rental
A comfortable and spacious 79-square-meter vacation home with a Scandinavian flair, located near the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Großenbrode. With three bedrooms, the house is ideal for 6–8 people and 2 dogs. The vacation home is very spacious, bright, and welcoming, and the large windows create a pleasant living atmosphere.
With 3 adjacent bedrooms and the alcove, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and the alcove—which is popular with children and teens—is equipped with another double bed. A crib and a high chair are provided.
An open-concept living and kitchen area creates a spacious living environment; the cozy sofa invites you to relax, and you can enjoy your home-cooked culinary delights at the large dining table. The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio.
From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.
The house features two bathrooms with heated floors. The larger bathroom provides access to a private sauna. A washer with a dryer function is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
Please note: Some houses have a railing around the patio, while others do not. The exterior and interior photos are stock images of various vacation homes.
Facilities:
The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.
At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.
Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.
A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re traveling with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.
There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.
For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
