This family-friendly vacation home, built in the Scandinavian style, is very spacious with 85 m² of living area. It’s located on the Baltic Sea coast in the laid-back Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode. The house can accommodate up to six guests in three separate bedrooms. Two additional guests can sleep in the cozy alcove, which is integrated into the living area. Parents and children, multigenerational vacationers, and discerning couples will all feel right at home here. A crib and a high chair are provided. You’re welcome to bring your dog! Pets are welcome in House 19.

The high-quality amenities—including two bathrooms with showers, an open kitchen, a large dining table, a hotel-style TV, and a comfortable corner couch—ensure a cozy living experience. A sauna and a wood-burning stove turn the house into a wellness retreat. Plenty of natural light, light-colored wooden interior walls, clean lines, and natural colors contribute to a Nordic lifestyle.

The outdoor terrace, perfectly south-facing and equipped with a flexible side awning if needed, features a large table, 8 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a large grill. Two bike racks at the back of the house for securely locking your bicycles and a parking space right at the house entrance ensure your convenience.

Within the Holiday Vital Resort, the house is located in Resort 2; just a two-minute walk from the reception desk, the electric vehicle charging stations, the bakery, a grocery store with a post office, and the Strandvej restaurant.

You can reach Großenbrode’s South Beach on foot via two different routes, both taking just 8 minutes. There are bike racks on the beach, and plenty of parking spaces for cars.

With its modern and accessible promenade, Großenbrode is perfect for family vacations. This is ensured by three large playgrounds, play areas, programs at the “Kinderinsel,” and the wide beach with its gently sloping water. The highlight for your kids will surely be the large wooden cog right next to the pier. When they work up an appetite after playing, you’ll find plenty of options along the promenade—from fish sandwiches to crêpes and soft-serve ice cream, right down to the classic bratwurst.

The house is located on the Baltic Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein, just 4 km from both the Fehmarnsund Strait with its striking Fehmarnsund Bridge and the Baltic Sea spa town of Heiligenhafen. The Hanseatic city of Lübeck, a worthwhile day-trip destination, is located 65 km to the south. After a short drive, you can reach Burg, Burgstaaken, Lehmkenhafen, and the northernmost point, Puttgarden, on the diverse island of Fehmarn.


Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
