Bedding and towels can be booked in advance for a fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.

It takes about 5–10 minutes to walk to the center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many charming cafés, restaurants, and shopping options.
The supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away. The Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz is about 700 meters away.
The apartment is 52 square meters and can accommodate up to 2 people.
Amenities
The open-concept living area is furnished with a sofa set, a dining area, and a sleeping alcove. A flat-screen TV and a radio with Bluetooth functionality are available for your use in the living room. The dining area adjoins the open, modern kitchenette. It is equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The sleeping alcove in the living area is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet.
The one-room apartment was freshly renovated in the spring of 2020 and features a bright shower room with a toilet. The beautiful, furnished terrace facing south/east rounds out this cozy Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental.
Special Features
The building features a swimming pool and a coin-operated sauna. There is also a laundry room where a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. You can store your bicycles in the communal basement. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles.)
An outdoor parking space next to the building and an underground parking space (entry height approx. 1.90 m) are available for your car. Free Wi-Fi is available, and this is a non-smoking vacation rental.
The building has an elevator; however, the intermediate floors can only be reached via a few steps.
Your dog is welcome in this apartment upon prior notice.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).

Please note that from Nov. 25, 2026 to mid-December 2026, the bike storage room will be under renovation and will not be available during that time!
