Located directly on Strandallee in Timmendorfer Strand, heading toward the Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz, you’ll find the quiet Strandresidenz apartment complex. It’s only about 50 meters to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.

Thanks to its location near the beach, this vacation home on the Baltic Sea is ideal for a family vacation. It takes about 5–10 minutes to walk to the center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many charming cafes, restaurants, and shopping options.

The supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away. The Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz is about 700 meters away.

A friendly “Moin” from the chic Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment No. 306 in the "Strandresidenz." This tastefully decorated Baltic Sea home is located on the third floor of the building and features a bright living room with a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and large windows opening onto the adjoining balcony. An awning and a patio heater make for the perfect atmosphere!

In addition, you’ll enjoy direct access to the adjoining open-concept kitchenette. You can look forward to amenities such as an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. Whether you’re starting your day with breakfast for two or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, the cozy dining area is the perfect spot.

This is a non-smoking apartment. One dog is permitted in this vacation rental upon prior arrangement.
The building has an elevator; however, the intermediate floors can only be reached via a few steps.
The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
