Here you’ll stay in a quiet location in a lovely residential area. Rosenhain is located above the spa gardens, near Wohldstraße and the ice sports center. The residential complex is very well-maintained and surrounded by lush greenery. Here you’ll be staying in a lovely residential area on a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s practically like living in the countryside.
From here, you can reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in about 8–10 minutes on foot. The center of Timmendorfer Strand and the adjacent promenade, with its many restaurants and cafés, are about 800 meters away. Grocery stores are also located at roughly the same distance.

The Timmendorfer Strand apartment features a combined living room and bedroom with two single beds pushed together (measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m when joined, with separate mattresses), a cozy sofa set, a flat-screen TV with cable, as well as a radio and DVD player.
The vacation rental’s small kitchenette also has a lot to offer, including a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and the most essential kitchen utensils.
