Here you’ll stay in a quiet location in a lovely residential neighborhood. Rosenhain is located above the spa park, near Wohldstraße and the ice sports center. The residential complex is very well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. Here you’ll be staying in a lovely residential area on a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s practically like living in the countryside.

From here, you can reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in about 8–10 minutes on foot. The center of Timmendorfer Strand and the adjacent promenade, with its many restaurants and cafés, are about 800 meters away. Grocery stores are also located at roughly the same distance.

This lovingly designed and furnished 2-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of “Haus Schmökel.” True to the motto “small but nice,” this Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment offers everything a vacationer’s heart desires for up to two people: Relaxation and tranquility by the beach and the sea.

The Timmendorfer Strand apartment features an open-concept living area, a cozy sofa set, a flat-screen TV with cable, as well as a radio and DVD player. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses).
The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, ceramic cooktop, oven with microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available—especially after long days at the beach or exciting excursions.

Special Features

The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental is equipped with free Wi-Fi access. A free parking space for your car is available in front of the building. You can lock your bicycles in a shared shed next to the building. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
