About this apartment rental

Location
Located in a quiet part of the Baltic Sea resort of Timmendorfer Strand, Rosenhain 14 welcomes you on a cul-de-sac in a residential area. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the promenade with its shops and restaurants, as well as to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
Amenities
Located on the first floor of the Residenz Rosenhain building is the small but charming 2-room apartment No. 5. Accommodating up to two people, this Baltic Sea retreat invites you to relax and recharge.
The centerpiece of the vacation rental is the cozy and stylishly furnished living room with a couch, flat-screen TV, and an adjoining dining area. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
A restful night’s sleep is also guaranteed. The separate bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), and blackout curtains are provided.
In addition, this apartment features a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
This beautiful vacation home on the Baltic Sea is rounded out by a south-facing balcony, where you can soak up some much-needed vitamin D even during the day.

There is a shared sauna in the basement of the house, which can be used free of charge. This is a non-smoking apartment; please no pets.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
