"Ostsee-Hygge" Vacation Home: Terrace with garden, Wi-Fi, fireplace, sauna—perfect for a fulfilling family vacation on the Baltic Sea.
The "Ostsee-Hygge" vacation home warmly welcomes you! It was renovated and refurnished in early 2024 and offers plenty of space for guests of all ages. Whether you’re an extended family, a couple, or a group of friends, up to 8 adults and 1 child can feel right at home here and enjoy the pleasant “Baltic Sea atmosphere.”
Amenities
Half of the house is divided into separate living and sleeping areas and features two bathrooms to create a relaxed vacation atmosphere. The fireplace and sauna ensure a cozy atmosphere even during the colder months. A soundbar and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and comfort. The in-floor heating provides pleasant warmth.
The private southwest-facing terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and invites you to linger. The fully fenced communal garden features a small children’s playground with a swing and slide, which can be used by guests staying in the ground-floor apartments.
The first floor can accommodate up to 4 guests. Here you’ll find the kitchen with a dining table and a cozy area with a TV and fireplace. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small separate freezer, and various coffee makers. The two bedrooms feature a large double bed with internet TV, two single beds, and ample storage space for clothing. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and two sinks.
The first floor and the attic offer space for up to 4 adults and 1 child across 65 square meters. Here you’ll find a cozy living area with a sofa set, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a stereo system. The bedroom has a double bed, and the attic features a guest room with two single beds, a separate pull-out bed, and its own flat-screen TV. There is also ample storage space for clothing here. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine. A sauna is also available in the attic for a fee.

The price is valid for occupancy of up to six guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
