Dear Guests, our spacious [&] individually furnished half of the vacation home has been renovated and refurnished, offering plenty of space for EVERYONE to feel at home. Whether you’re an extended family, a couple, or a group of friends, you’ll all feel it the moment you walk in—the name says it all: “Ostseeflair.”
An optimal [&] and beautiful layout, separate living and sleeping areas, and two bathrooms ensure a relaxed vacation atmosphere. The fireplace [&] and the sauna create a cozy atmosphere—not just during the colder months. The soundbar provides the perfect entertainment.
This half of the vacation home, furnished to accommodate a total of 8 adults + 1 child, features underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi.
The beautiful on-site southwest-facing terrace is furnished with attractive patio furniture. The adjacent, fully fenced-in communal garden also features a small children’s playground with a swing and slide, which can be used by the guests staying on the first floor of this property.

Ground Floor

The first floor, which accommodates 4 guests, features the kitchen with a dining table as well as a lounge area with a TV [&] fireplace. Direct access to the garden rounds out the layout.
The living/dining area is comfortably and cozily furnished with a dining nook and matching chairs. A flat-screen TV and a soundbar—which can also be used to stream music, among other things—provide your multimedia entertainment.
The kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience—including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and oven, a coffee maker, a Senseo pod machine [&] a Tassimo, and a toaster.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one featuring a large double bed with internet TV and a closet, and the other with two single beds. Shutters ensure a restful night’s sleep!
The bathroom also offers perfect conditions for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea: in addition to a shower and toilet, there are two sinks.
A staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor of the house.

First Floor + Attic

Spanning approximately 65 square meters across two levels, the first floor of this half of the house offers accommodations for up to 4 adults and 1 child in 3 modernly furnished rooms, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, sauna, and a furnished southwest-facing balcony.
In the living area, you’ll find a large sofa arrangement for relaxation, and a flat-screen satellite TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.
Furthermore, the upper floor features a bedroom with a double bed, and the attic features a guest room with a French double bed (140x200) and a single bed, as well as its own flat-screen TV. You’ll find plenty of storage space for your clothes in both rooms.
The second bathroom, with its two sinks, ensures that even multiple people can get ready smoothly. It also features a shower with a toilet, as well as a washer and dryer.
Next to the guest room in the attic—which you can reach via a staircase in the hallway inside the apartment—there is also a private sauna—a popular extra feature, not just for winter (coin-operated).

Special Features

The non-smoking house in Boltenhagen is not only child-friendly but also senior-friendly. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. A high chair is available here for the youngest guests to use free of charge. Insect screens have been installed in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for up to six guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
