This modern two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor, not far from the center of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen, just 550 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.

This 55-square-meter, wheelchair-accessible 2-roomvacation apartment for 3 guests is located on the first floor and is very comfortably furnished.
It features a bright living area with a large, stylish sofa (which can be used as a bed for the third person), satellite TV (flat-screen), a DVD player, and a radio with a CD player.
The open-concept kitchen includes, among other things, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. You can enjoy your meals together in the cozy dining area.
The tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, heated floors, and a towel warmer.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe.
The furnished south-facing terrace is perfect for a cozy barbecue evening. The landscaped property is partially surrounded by a hedge, providing some privacy.

This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
