This chic and spacious 76 m² vacation apartment is located on the top floor of a modern new building and impresses with plenty of light, style, and a truly unique floor plan. The floors are covered with warm tiles in natural tones, and numerous windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating a pleasant, bright atmosphere. The apartment has charm and feels open and welcoming—ideal for making you feel at home from the very first moment.
A real highlight are the three furnished balconies, which offer the perfect spot to relax at different times of the day. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on the east-facing balcony right off the bedroom. When it gets hot at noon, you’ll find shade and tranquility on the balcony off the second bedroom. Starting in the afternoon, the covered living balcony invites you to comfortably wind down the day in the sunshine and fresh air—whether with a book, a glass of wine, or simply gazing out at the green scenery.
The open yet cleverly separated kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It is visually separated from the living area by the large dining table, creating a spacious living-dining area that is both functional and cozy. With a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, egg cooker, and a full set of dishes, cooking becomes a pleasure even on vacation.
