Although this work is being done outdoors and the scaffolding is not set up next to this apartment,
we cannot rule out the possibility of some disruption during this period. ++
This sun-drenched apartment spans three floors. You can easily reach the entrance area on the third floor by elevator.
A bright, inviting living room with a luxurious open-concept kitchen and dining area, as well as a sofa nook and TV, serves as the central hub from which a wide spiral staircase leads down to a large bedroom and a very spacious bathroom with a shower and an infrared sauna.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second living room/bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed and a piano.
From here, you have a panoramic view of the sea, the city forest, and the Kühlung.
The additional bedroom with a double bed and its own TV, the children’s room or third bedroom with a single bed (which can be converted into a double bed), and the second bathroom with a bathtub are also located on the third floor.
Everything is furnished to a high standard, with care and in a cozy style. The apartment also includes 2 parking spaces in the building’s private parking lot.

Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
