Villa Seeadler and Haus Waldblick are located in a quiet, central spot between Lindenpark and the Kühlungsborn city forest. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the popular Strandstraße promenade or the beach. The Molli-Bahnhof-Ost station and the marina are also within easy reach. Thanks to the proximity to the city center, you’ll find a wide variety of shopping options as well as cafés and restaurants; if needed, there’s a doctor’s office and a pharmacy just down the street.
