• Living / dining room: sofa bed (140x190) for 2 people, Murphy bed (90x190) for 1 person, television, large storage space.
• Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 2-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave, all the appliances you need to prepare your meals.
• Bathroom: shower, washing machine.
• Separate toilet.
• Balcony: enjoy a beautiful view of the parks and the Allier.
Maximum capacity: 3 people.
Internet connection: Free Fibre Wi-Fi.
Practical information
• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• Pets not allowed.
• Non-smoking accommodation.
• Parking and storage : private outdoor parking space, secure cellar available on request for a maximum of 2 bicycles.
• Linen: Bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases) and towels are not provided. Please bring your own for the duration of your stay.
• Cleaning: In order to guarantee a pleasant stay for all, we thank you for leaving the accommodation clean and tidy when you leave, in a condition similar to that observed on arrival. Cleaning package option: €35.
• Opening hours: arrival from 4 pm, departure until 10 am.
*All rentals of 15 days or more are subject to a rental contract.
