À fuir: Annonce trompeuse et propriétaire malhonnête
J’ai réservé cette maison pour quatre nuits (vendredi au lundi inclus). L’annonce décrit une “belle maison avec trois chambres”, mais la réalité est très différente. Les photos publiées ne correspondent pas du tout à ce que j’ai trouvé sur place.
À mon arrivée, prévu à 16h, la propriétaire m’a appelé avant pour m’informer que la femme de ménage ne pouvait pas terminer le nettoyage (raison familiale). Elle m’a demandé si je pouvais changer les draps moi-même en échange d’un paiement, ce que j’ai accepté avec réserve. Elle m’a aussi demandé explicitement si je lui ferais un mauvais commentaire. Ensuite, elle m’a demandé de repousser mon arrivée à dix-neuf heures cinquante-cinq pour permettre à une deuxième femme de ménage d’intervenir.
À l’arrivée, j’ai découvert que la maison n’a que deux chambres, non trois comme annoncé. De plus, il y a un escalier significatif qui n’était pas indiqué. Une des deux chambres avait un lit mezzanine avec canapé au dessous inconfortable pour dormir 4 nuits ! Resultat, J’ai décidé de dormir au salon avec l’une de mes filles pour l’accompagner, tandis que l’autre dormait à l’étage. Le salon, situé près de la porte d’entrée, donnait directement sur une route très passante où les voitures circulaient à vive allure. La porte d’entrée étant vitrée et peu isolée, les phares des voitures éclairaient le salon et le bruit de la circulation était particulièrement perceptible durant la nuit.
Des problèmes techniques ont également gâché le séjour : la télévision ne fonctionnait pas du tout et l’interface était en espagnol sans signal. Le wifi était également défaillant — le code QR indiquait que le routeur restait bloqué à un statut orange, aucune connexion possible.
Après avoir découvert ces problèmes, j’ai contacté Booking pour signaler cette annonce trompeuse. C’est à ce moment que la propriétaire a complètement changé d’attitude.
Résumé des problèmes : annonce avec photos complètement inexactes et trompeuses, maison ne correspondant pas à la description (deux chambres au lieu de trois, escalier non mentionné, pièces mal aménagées), équipements défaillants (télévision, wifi), et surtout, comportement agressif et harcelant de la propriétaire par SMS lorsque j’ai soulevé ces problèmes.
J’ai demandé un remboursement complet, mais Booking n’a remboursé que deux nuits sur quatre. Cette expérience a été très décevante e

La propriétaire et les 7 degrés dans la maison ne nous ont pas permis d'aimer quoi que ce soit dans cette maison.
A fuir !!!! Laisser moi vous expliquer pourquoi :
Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la maison il faisait 7 degrés, 2 radiateurs sur 4 en pannes, nous avons contacté la propriétaire qui s'est énervée en 20 secondes puis a fait venir sa femme de ménage qui a constaté la température et le soucis sur les 2 radiateurs. La propriétaire nous a proposé un remboursement au téléphone à partir du lendemain. Nous avons "dormi" dans des pièces où il faisait 7 degrés. Le lendemain changement de plan de la part de la propriétaire, finalement elle nous accuse d'avoir cassé ses radiateurs et nous demande un état des lieux vidéo. Nous avions entre temps trouvé un autre logement avec nos 3 enfants et nous étions partis. Ma femme revient donc dans l'après-midi pour faire l'état des lieux vidéo demandé mais le code de la boîte à clé a été changé, elle n'entre donc évidemment pas. La propriétaire est notifiée par un voisin de notre passage et nous menace d'appeler les gendarmes pour violation de domicile et m'envoie 23 SMS en tout dans la journée. Au final nous avons arrêté de passer par cette personne et avons contacté Booking, la propriétaire nous a finalement proposé de nous rembourser les 2 dernières nuits sur 5 alors que nous n'y avons dormi qu'une nuit et qu'elle avait changé le code de la boite a clé dès le lendemain de la 1ere nuit, elle est donc malhonnête, passez votre tour, n'y allez surtout pas ! Le sujet est encore en cours avec Booking.
Mis à part la propriétaire et le soucis de radiateur, le logement avait l'air correct mais juste au bord d'une route très passante.
