Enjoy the maritime charm of Heiligenhafen in the exclusive “Yachtenkieker” duplex vacation apartment, which spans two levels and covers approximately 92 m². Connected by a stylish interior staircase, this modern retreat on the first floor and top floor offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the marina and the Baltic Sea. Here, you can watch yachts gently rocking on the water and leave the stresses of everyday life behind—you can’t get any closer to the water for a vacation!
This stylish vacation apartment accommodates up to four people. The separate bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a modern double box-spring bed and a convertible sleeper ottoman. In the spacious living area, a comfortable sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) invites you to relax. The high-quality amenities—including a smart TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation, Bluetooth speaker, and a small library—leave nothing to be desired when it comes to entertainment.
Adjacent to the living area is the open, fully equipped kitchen, which will delight home cooks. The elegant dining area, with additional seating at the kitchen island, creates a convivial atmosphere—all while offering a magnificent view of the water. A special highlight is the ingenious coffee table that can be converted into a dining table—a unique experience for shared meals!
After an active day on the Baltic Sea, the luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and built-in sauna offers soothing relaxation. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in a separate room.
Another highlight is the two furnished rooftop terraces. During the day, you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze on the sunny south-facing terrace, while the north-facing terrace becomes the perfect spot for a glass of wine as you watch a breathtaking sunset in the evening.
The fine-sand beach is only 900 meters away and easily accessible. Bicycles can be rented from the local rental shop (200 m) for a fee. Please note that there is no storage space available for bicycles you bring with you. Your parking space is located directly next to the building and is accessible via a flight of stairs.
