The open-concept living area features high-quality finishes, stylish furniture, and a unique panoramic view of the marina and the open sea. Here, you can experience the maritime atmosphere up close and watch the boats go by from the comfort of your sofa.
The apartment accommodates up to five people and is ideal for families or couples. Two spacious bedrooms are furnished with luxurious double box-spring beds (180x220 cm and 180x200 cm) and each has its own TV, one of which is a smart TV. The convertible sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space for one more person. The combination of high-quality materials, thoughtful design, and soft colors creates a cozy atmosphere and ensures the highest level of comfort.
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers offer not only convenience but also the necessary privacy. A special highlight is the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, which is also equipped with a washing machine.
