Right in the Heiligenhafen marina with a view of the water!
Since the houseboat is securely moored to a floating dock, no boating license is required. With just one step from Pier 1D onto the boat, your very special vacation can begin.
In the morning, you’ll be woken by seagulls and can experience the harbor atmosphere right from your bed. One of the highlights is that you can enjoy the sunrise right from your bed or from the outdoor seating area while sipping a cup of coffee.
Our Kanja is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The living space of approximately 28 m² is complemented by a sheltered outdoor seating area of approximately 10 m² and a sun terrace of approximately 30 m² with a panoramic view of Heiligenhafen and the Fehmarn Sound. This view, while sitting in a beach chair on the roof, is one-of-a-kind and will make you forget everything else instantly.
The stress melts away, and your vacation begins.
On board, there is a double bed (160x190) in the bedroom and a cozy sleeper sofa (140x200) in the living area with room for up to two people.
What makes this special is that your beloved dog is, of course, also very welcome on board! A dedicated dog beach—both at the inland lake 100 meters away and at the nearby Baltic Sea beach—ensures that everyone feels right at home.
The living area is equipped with DVB-T TV, Wi-Fi, radio, DVD/CD player, a collection of games, and books.
Travel guides and maps ensure that you’ll feel right at home in the evenings and even when the weather’s gloomy. Infrared electric heating in the ceilings, a refrigerator, a 3-burner gas stove, a microwave, and a toaster—along with a well-equipped kitchenette featuring plenty of bamboo and stainless steel—create a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and onboard toilet, provides the necessary amenities on board.
Free starter kit for guests:
4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishcloth, 1 dish towel, 1 dish soap, 1 mini bar of soap, 1 trash bag per trash can.
Bedding and towels are NOT included in the rental price and must be brought by the guest.
