The Stina houseboat... A vacation right in the Heiligenhafen marina with a view of or onto the water!
Spanning two levels, this exclusive houseboat, the Stina, offers approximately 25 m² of living space, plus a rooftop terrace with a beach chair serving as a sun deck, accessible via an exterior staircase. The modern, thoughtfully designed living area offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the marina and, from the sun deck, of the Baltic Sea. You can’t get any closer to the water for your vacation!
This houseboat can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) for the best time of the year. The living area, fully equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, internet radio, and reading material, leaves nothing to be desired in terms of entertainment and offers plenty of comfort. A floor-to-ceiling window in the living area also offers a view underwater… even at night with lighting. Two bedrooms with a double bed (160x190) and a bunk bed (80x190, for children only) are available for a restful stay. The shower room, equipped with an electric shower and toilet, provides the necessary amenities on board.
In addition, the restroom facilities and toilet at the marina are available for use. For added comfort, the houseboat features infrared electric heating. The versatile dining area and the open-concept galley with a gas stove and a multifunction microwave with oven function are ready for your culinary creations. And you won’t have to sacrifice the view. The outdoor area offers another special highlight. Dine on the relaxing stern or on the sun deck. The rooftop terrace with a beach chair serves as a sun deck: here, you can relax not only in the sun during the day, but also in the evening hours while enjoying a nice glass of wine and the sunset over the Baltic Sea. Simply unforgettable! ATTENTION! The lounge furniture is currently unavailable!
The beach is just over 450 m away. Bicycles can be rented from the local rental shop (just 200 m away) for a fee. There is no facility for storing or parking bicycles you bring with you! You can easily reach the houseboat from your parking space right at the marina. This is a smoke-free property. Dogs or other pets are not allowed.
Please note! Berth available only from April through October at the Heiligenhafen marina.
The houseboat (dimensions: length 11 m x width 4.90 m) is moored permanently and cannot be moved.
