Small but mighty! The Koje 29 prioritizes high-quality comfort for guests who need less space. With approximately 16 square meters of living space, every inch has been optimized to provide the best possible stay for up to 2 adults. Lovingly designed and furnished with high-quality, custom-built built-in furniture to make the most of the available space. The living and dining area is versatile and offers a variety of amenities. The technical amenities—including a TV, Wi-Fi, streaming capabilities, a radio, and a home automation system—are top-notch. No one will ever get bored here.
The kitchen area is essentially the heart of the studio. It’s also very comfortable and offers a stunning view of the Baltic Sea while you cook. It’s fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’d expect for a high-end vacation. Nothing stands in the way of culinary delights.
The small bathroom with a walk-in shower invites you to relax, even on gray and cold days. A dryer is also available for use on the first floor of the house.
Cab 29 offers sleeping space for up to two people thanks to a custom-designed loft bed (160x200) in an alcove style, featuring pull-out elements that serve as both storage and access to the bed. Shutters provide blackout coverage. Control panels are simply part of the package here.
The furnished balcony offers an unforgettable view of the Baltic Sea and the inland lake.
A private parking space is located right next to the house. Access is via elevator to the 4th floor. Pets are not allowed. The accommodations are, of course, non-smoking.
