Welcome to Apartment 34 in the Seerose building, Steinwarder 1!
This charming 36-square-meter apartment can accommodate 2 guests.
From the furnished balcony with an electric awning, you’ll have a view of the inland lake to your left, Steinwardersee, and a stretch of the Baltic Sea to your right. Here you can enjoy sunny afternoons and evenings.
In the entryway, you’ll find a large wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, and a coat rack. The interior shower room, equipped with electric ventilation, an illuminated mirror cabinet, an outlet, a shower with a fixed shower screen, and a heated fan, is also accessible from here.
From the hallway, you’ll enter the living room: Here you’ll find two comfortable leather armchairs with footstools, a dining table that seats 4 people, a 26-inch LCD TV, a DVD player, and a radio/CD player.
The functional kitchenette, which opens onto the living room, features a 4-burner ceramic stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all the usual amenities.
The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm). The screen door in front of the large window leading to the balcony ensures you can sleep peacefully without unwanted visitors.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Please make sure the smoke doesn’t drift into the apartment.

Welcome to the “Seerose” house at Steinwarder 1!
The apartment building is situated in a magnificent location between the Baltic Sea beach and the inland lake. A path leading just 250 meters from the building takes you directly to Heiligenhafen’s sandy beach with its adjacent promenade, restaurants, beach chair rentals, DLRG lifeguard stations, and beach lounge.
The condominiums, which vary in size and are individually furnished, feature 1–3 rooms and accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
From the balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view over the water: whether it’s the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, the marina, or the old town depends on the specific apartment.
Both an elevator and a staircase will take you to your desired floor.
In the communal laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Each apartment comes with a free, designated parking space on the property. Bicycles can be stored behind the building, some of which are under a covered area.
The large lakeside property with a well-maintained lawn offers direct access to the inland lake on two sides.
The main entrance is also accessible via two ramps, making it barrier-free.
