Welcome to Apartment 18 in the Seerose building at Steinwarder 1!
This inviting first-floor apartment, decorated in warm colors, welcomes you with a tiled entryway featuring a coat rack.
From here, you can access the interior shower room, which features a sink, a lighted mirror cabinet, electrical outlets, mechanical ventilation, an electric fan heater, a toilet, and a shower with a fixed shower enclosure.
Next is the combined living/dining room with a kitchenette. The built-in kitchen features an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner stove, and all the standard equipment for cooking and dining. You can enjoy your meals together at the dining table across from the kitchen.
In the living room area, which features laminate flooring, you’ll find a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a TV, a DVD and VHS player, and a compact stereo system. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
From here, you can step out onto the furnished southwest-facing balcony, which overlooks the inland lake and enjoys sunshine until the evening.
In the children’s room, which has a window opening onto the balcony (with a screen), a bunk bed (mattress size 80×190 cm) and blackout curtains ensure peaceful nights for our young Baltic Sea fans. A wardrobe provides storage space for all your belongings, and another cabinet filled with games and children’s books keeps them entertained.
The parents’ sleeping area is separated from the living area by a curtain. Here you’ll find a large double bed (2 × 90 × 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
Your dog is welcome to join you on vacation!
All of our accommodations are non-smoking. You’re welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask that you keep the balcony door closed while doing so.

Welcome to “Seerose” at Steinwarder 1!
The apartment building is situated in a magnificent location between the Baltic Sea beach and the inland lake. A path leading directly from the building takes you just 250 meters to Heiligenhafen’s sandy beach, featuring a promenade, restaurants, beach chair rentals, DLRG lifeguard stations, and a beach lounge.
The condominiums, which vary in size and are individually furnished, have 1–3 rooms and accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
From the balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view over the water: whether it’s the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, the marina, or the old town depends on the specific apartment.
Both an elevator and a staircase will take you to your desired floor.
In the communal laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Each apartment comes with a free, designated parking space on the property. Bicycles can be stored behind the building, with some spaces under cover.
The large lakeside property with a well-maintained lawn offers direct access to the inland lake on two sides.
The main entrance is also accessible via two ramps, making it barrier-free.
