The “Seeblick” vacation apartment, located in the Residenz Strandpromenade, offers the perfect starting point for a relaxing vacation. It is situated on the 1st floor in a central location on the beach promenade. Here, you’ll enjoy the immediate proximity to Scharbeutz’s fine-sand beach and an atmosphere that instantly puts you in a vacation mood. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the stunning Baltic Sea and the modern pier.PGJyPgAmenitiesPGJyPgWalk in and feel right at home. The lovingly furnished “Seeblick” apartment conveys a sense of comfort and security. The inviting living-dining area is furnished with a cozy couch, a massage recliner, and an Ambilight TV for cozy evenings filled with relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped. The adjoining, spacious balcony, complete with a table and chairs, invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the sea.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m—adjustable slatted frame) and a TV. Adjacent to it is a half-room, which can also be used as a bedroom, featuring a large closet and a single bed measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m. The bathroom features underfloor heating and is equipped with a shower (low-entry), a towel warmer, a radio, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.
All windows are equipped with electric exterior shutters, pleated blinds, and blackout curtains.
