We warmly welcome you to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.
The apartment is situated right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.
This modernly furnished 1.5-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the basement level with direct access to the building’s private parking lot (your own parking space is right next to the entrance). A well-designed, approximately 42-square-meter vacation apartment with optimal use of space. The living, sleeping, and kitchen areas are seamlessly integrated. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove/ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with high-quality latex mattresses and electrically adjustable slatted frames. The living area features a spacious seating area (with a pull-out bed and storage compartment, approx. 1.10 m x 2.00 m), where you can enjoy the latest smart TV technology on a 50-inch curved LED panel. There’s also a PlayStation 4 for rainy days. Internet via LAN and Wi-Fi. The bathroom features a built-in internet radio, high-quality fixtures, and a comfortable wellness shower. In the small inner room around the corner—now with a door—the little ones will be delighted by an original bunk bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) designed to look like an old London city bus.

A parking space next to the building and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric vehicle charging station is available on the parking lot. Use of the charging station can be booked optionally for a flat rate of 40.00 € per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent by email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

In addition, you’ll find a fitness room in the basement with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality table tennis table and foosball table, as well as a wide selection of age-appropriate toys.
A fee of 6.00 € per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.

This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the resort from the magnificent beach.
On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there’s a sports and games room with a table tennis table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day applies for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
