2-room vacation apartment, approx. 45 m², 1st floor, at Strandallee 137, Residenz-Ostseestrand, with a view of the Baltic Sea, elevator, swimming pool, and heated room in the building. Parking space, locked bicycle storage room. Washing machine and dryer.

This vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor, right in the heart of the Dünenmeile. Enjoy the Lübeck Bay and the morning sun from your balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. The beach, the nearest bakery, and the beautiful Scharbeutz spa park are just a few steps away.

The living-dining area is furnished with a comfortable couch (which can quickly be converted into a cozy sleeper sofa), an armchair, and a side table. In addition to the flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The bright kitchen with an adjoining dining table is fully equipped. There is a beautiful covered loggia with morning sun and a view of the Baltic Sea. A table and chairs are provided here. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you also have a view of the Baltic Sea and access to the loggia. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. A very convenient feature of this apartment is the separate toilet.
