The exclusive "Meeresbrise" studio, with a sensational ocean view, is located on the 20th floor of the Plaza Premium Hotel in a quiet part of Timmendorfer Strand. A wonderful retreat combined with the special atmosphere and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. It’s about 200 meters to the Baltic Sea and the beach, and the lively town center—with great dining, shopping, and numerous events—is a convenient 8–10-minute walk away.
Wake up to a dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea and feel right at home in a wonderful ambiance created by warm colors, high-quality materials, and exclusive furnishings. Contemporary luxury at its finest! The one-room studio is furnished with a box-spring bed (160x200), a cozy sofa, and a dining table with two comfortable leather armchairs. The exceptionally high-quality designer kitchen, fully equipped, blends beautifully into the living space, as do the other built-in units, which offer ample storage for your vacation wardrobe. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic ocean view from the studio or from the balcony, which is equipped with patio furniture and an electric awning, and, after dark, the special atmosphere of the illuminated Lübeck Bay. The modern bathroom features a sink, shower, hair dryer, and toilet, as well as ample storage space. The floor-to-ceiling windows are fitted with blackout curtains. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
A designated parking space in the hotel garage (entry height 1.90 m / no elevator) is included. If the parking pass is lost, a replacement fee will be charged. An elevator is available in the building.
The sauna and swimming pool are part of the adjacent hotel’s facilities and can be booked there for a fee.
