This two-bedroom vacation apartment is located in Kühlungsborn-Ost, a prime location right on Strandstraße and in the second row behind a well-maintained historic villa. It boasts an ideal location, as Strandstraße extends directly to the pier and the beach is only 300 meters away.
The 59-square-meter apartment is on the first floor and features a quiet, centrally located southwest-facing balcony with a view of the city forest. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 toddler.
The living space is characterized by brightness and an abundance of natural light, enhanced by the bamboo parquet flooring.
The vacation apartment features a fully equipped kitchen that is integrated into the spacious living area.
The living area features a cozy leather couch that can be converted into a double sofa bed if needed (sleeping surface: 200 cm x 147 cm), as well as a dining area and various entertainment devices.
The bedroom features a double bed with two separate 7-zone cold-foam mattresses and a modern wall unit. A portable crib and a high chair can be provided at no extra charge.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and offers ample storage space.
A parking space in the building’s underground garage is included in the price and has a maximum height of 2.0 m (no double-parking).
There is also a bicycle storage room and a drying room for wet clothes.
One dog is welcome in the apartment.
Please note that during peak season, you must book the entire period or leave a minimum gap of 5 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
